To support accurate, thorough medical records and allow our veterinary team to focus fully on patient care, Fantastic Beasts Veterinary Services uses a medical scribe service during some appointments.

We use Otto AI to assist with client communications, reminders, and medical documentation. Otto is a tool only—all medical decisions are made by our licensed veterinarians. You may opt out of AI technology without affecting your pet’s care. Your data is protected under PIPA and CVBC standards.

Our facility utilizes video surveillance practices. Video cameras are recording on our premises stricly for security and safety purposes. Recorded footage is stored securely and accessed only when necessary for security, safety, or legal purposes.

All video surveillance and personal or medical information is collected, used, and protected in accordance with British Columbia’s Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA) and our clinic’s privacy policies.
